Students at the DATC have a lot of information available to them in the student portal. Course schedules, payments, password
changes and more are accessed through the portal.

Go to the student portal address: https://portal.datc.edu.
Click the "Log In" link on the right-hand side.
Enter your login information.

*Note: If you have forgotten your password, there is a link that allows you to recover it on your own. When a password is changed
from this screen, it will change your Canvas and Student Email passwords as well.
Students can access the following once logged in:

Change your password
View balances and make payments
Sign up for ECE courses
Check your schedules
Update your email address and opt in for 1098-T
View various reports

Progress
Schedule
Attendance
Unofficial transcripts
Curriculum evaluation (program outlines)
Time cards by week
DATC receipts

1. How do I change my password?

Remember, if you change your password here, your Canvas and Student Email logins will be changed as well.

2. How do I view my balance?

If there is a balance showing, you will be able to pay that online.

3. How do I sign up for ECE courses?

At this time, students can only sign up for ECE courses using this menu.

4. How do I check my schedule?

From this screen, you can see your schedule broken down into the desired calendar type of choice (Day, Week, Month, etc.) .

5. How do I update my information?

Name changes must be processed through Student Services, but Email and 1098T information can be changed at any time.
